MOU signing between the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Thai Red Cross Rehabilitation Center and Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabiltation Hospital (Sunshine Rehabilitation Center) on November 25, 2025 at the Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
The signing ceremony is a part of the 18th International Convention on Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology (i-CREATe 2025), held from November 24-26, 2025, the topics for i-CREATe 2025, under the theme “Empowering Lives: Human-Centered Innovation in Health, Wellness, Aging, and Abilities” include rehabilitation engineering, assistive technology, medical AI, care robotics, and digital health innovation. The conference will also focus on biomedical science and technology, and social and lifestyle technologies to enhance the lives of the elderly and persons with disabilities.
The signatories of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) are Assoc. Prof. Jiruth Sriratanaban, M.D., Ph.D., Faculty of Medicine,Chulalongkorn University and Director of KMCH : King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Assoc. Prof. Krisna Piravej, M.D Thai Red Cross Rehabilitation Center and Professor Lingjing Jin, President of Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital (Sunshine Rehabilitation Center), China.
The three parties will take this cooperation as an opportunity to carry out all-round cooperation in rehabilitation medical research, skill development and innovation and technology to jointly promote the innovative development of Rehabilitation in at national and global level. After the signing ceremony, all participants were in group picture marking the successful conclusion to this promising collaboration.
