The SGH Forum “Global Concern on EDCs and Way Forward”

Being pervasive in the environment, foods, drinking water and consumer products, the endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) represent a threat to global health as well as planetary health. Linkages between EDCs with a myriad of non-communicable diseases and reproductive disorders have been indicated by various studies.

The SGH Forum “Global Concern on EDCs and Way Forward”, on 20 July 2022 at 1 pm (GMT+7), will provide an update on the epidemiology and toxicology of EDCs including the chemicals monitoring in human specimens and the studies in Thailand on EDCs’ effect in human health.
